As first-time home buyers, there is so much to take in and process and we were not exactly sure what to expect. Yvonne walked us through the process every step of the way and made what could have been quite a stressful experience into a surprisingly easy and enjoyable one! She is thorough, very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, incredibly personable, and she makes you feel like you are her one and only client.
