We cannot say enough about what Yvonne did for us to overcome major obstacles to make the sale of our home happen. We are currently living in Europe and recently made the decision to sell our home in St Paul, MN. We actually purchased the home in 2015 and Yvonne was our agent for that transaction. She were so impressed at that time that we contacted her again when the time to sell came along. Because of COVID, we could not return to the USA to oversee the process. Well.....that was not an issue because Yvonne made it all happen remotely. She communicated reliably, guided us through some tough situations, and did all of the leg work for the little things that the home owner would normally do during this process.
