Covid-19 has presented a unique challenge to real estate professionals...especially in AZ. Yvonne worked with us throughout the year. First, she agreed to suspend sales efforts last Spring while we digested the impact of Covid-19. When we decided to move forward last Summer, she redoubled her efforts. While she was able to secure several offers for us, each fell apart due to an unusual problem (e.g. the buyer being hospitalized for Covid before closing). Nevertheless she persisted and secured a sale for $20,000 more than we were seeking last Spring. She "done good" in a challenging environment. We recommend her without reservation.
