Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is trustworthy and was willing to do what needed to be done to sell my house. She came and helped me pack. She took me out to look at properties (within my budget and in the areas I wanted to live). She offered great advice and gave me options which was great as this was my first time selling a home. She took care of everything! We have become friends through this process. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, seamless experience.

Yvonne was invaluable in helping us sell our home. It was on the market for a few days, and she had found a buyer. I was happy with the price and terms of the deal, and her follow-through was second to none. I have never dealt with anyone who gave such quick and personalized service. She also had resources such as movers and other agents to help with finding a rental to move to. She is extremely nice, a joy to work with. I find her following up on things that I should have done myself. For example, I told her that I needed a rental to move into, and even though she doesn't normally handle rentals, she found a perfect rental for my needs and then referred me to an agent who took care of the rest. This was all done on a weekend, which was valuable to me because I didn't have to miss work. She is able to sense what my needs are and follows through. I have been totally amazed throughout the whole experience. It is so hard to find service of this caliber. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
