Yvonne Burdette Van Camp is a long-time friend who is a Realtor. A couple of years ago my nephew decided to buy a home and he asked me if I knew a realtor. I gave him Yvonne’s information and she helped him buy his first home. Since then, I have picked her brain about the housing market and buying and selling homes. She has answered all my questions, she has faithfully mailed me fun, informative letters and pamphlets every month that had tips about shopping for homes and selling your home as well as seasonal ideas for decorating and hosting parties in your home. She has also invited me to her Holiday pie giveaways and other functions at Southwest Missouri Realty that she holds in honor of her clients, past and future. It showed me there is more to being a realtor than selling homes. It’s about building lasting relationships. So, when my husband and I finally decided to buy another home, I knew there was no question Yvonne would be the realtor I wanted in my corner. Yvonne helped us through every step in the process while being professional and supportive.
