We met Yvonne in 1998 after we moved from Seattle and were looking for a home in the Coral Springs area. We were using another realtor when we met Yvonne at an open house. She was friendly, informative, professional, courteous and respectful that we had already contracted with another realtor. After meeting Yvonne, we told the other realtor we wanted to work with Yvonne. The realtor told us, "she(Yvonne Biondo), was one of the most respected and tenacious realtors in this area." That realtor found us a house the next week for fear, "If they didn't, Yvonne would." Since then we have only given Yvonne's name as a reference. Recently, in addition, we needed a good real-estate tax consultant for another property and Yvonne was the first call we made. She was just as informative and helpful as in1998. We will only use Yvonne for any and all issues related to real-estate and we will only refer Yvonne to family, friends and inquirers.
