We cannot say enough about our experience working with Yvette Wrona. Over 25 years, we have purchased homes in three different states and have used multiple realtors. Yvette is hands-down, the best! Having never purchased a home in Florida, she was excellent at walking us through the process, educating us on the particulars of buying a waterfront home, and made sure to keep us on schedule with all inspections and everything else related to the home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable about this entire area! She quickly assessed what we were looking for and was able to help us zone in on the right property. Being out of state, she kept an eye on the market and periodically reached out to us regarding properties and make sure we were all on the same page with what we were looking for. Yvette exceeded our expectations at every turn of our real estate buying experience on Marco Island. From the moment my husband and I met her at an open house while driving around on our vacation, she worked tirelessly and patiently for us, trying to find the perfect property for our needs. Over the course of two and half years, she educated us about the island, showed us dozens of houses, condos, and building lots; arranged a meeting with a builder, FaceTimed a walkthrough of a house while in Covid-19 safety gear, analyzed comps and price trends, emailed pictures and listings, and - when we had finally made up our minds – negotiated the best price for us on a building lot and helped us through every single step of the closing process. Yvette is awesome. My husband and I randomly went into one of her open houses when we first went to Marco Island and from that time Yvette helped us with our real estate search in Marco. We looked at many homes and Yvette could not have been more patient with us. She spent many, many hours researching different things for us and always took the lead trying to predict things we might want to know more about.
