Being a first-time home buyer, I was not very knowledgeable about all the intricacies of purchasing a home. Ms. Yvette never made me feel like I was inept. She allowed me to communicate for myself without interjecting or criticizing me. She also was there to communicate on my behalf using the verbiage/knowledge of a highly skilled real estate agent. She was always the consummate professional, yet extremely personable. I feel like she genuinely cared about me as a person. Also, she cared about finding me the desired house with all the amenities, I wanted. Ms. Yvette and I had a great rapport with each other. Although my path to homeownership was a lengthy process, we both remained patient with each other, and she found me a beautiful home, at an awesome price!!!! Ms. Wood was an awesome realtor. She's very caring and always look out for her clients. She was my eyes and ears when I couldn't be available. Considering I lived in a different state, Ms. Wood had no problem taking on more than what was required of her (in my opinion). As stressful as I was with the process, she never gave up. Ms. Wood always said, keep your head up I got this and we going to make it happen. She reminded me to keep my faith. When I wanted to give up, she always said hang in there. We had so many challenges but she was there to work it out. It didn't matter what day of the week or what kind of weather was going on, she was there to take care of business. She went out of her way to locate any type of contractor needed to ensure we prepared the home to be sold. She was my go to person for all my professional advice and support. Ms. Wood is very professional and always put her clients needs first. Being inexperience in the process, she took the time to explain everything to me an provide me options, if needed. I appreciated having someone in my corner and willing to go to end to see the job through. I would definitely work with her again.
