Yvette assisted my wife and I in the purchase on a condo in Asbury Park. She met us at the unit with no notice, was extremely knowledgeable on the numbers...RE taxes, condo fees and condo association rules. What she did not know, she diligently pursued with the seller and association to find out. She was very diligent and organized throughout the purchase process.
