Yvette was my home selling agent in October 2019. I had a townhouse in Fremont. Yvette has strong knowledge of local market in Fremont. She is very diligent, has excellent communication skills via email and phone calls, and is great coordinator of things. She is able to get her contractors fixing my home, painting, cleaning, upgrading appliances, staging, etc. in less than two weeks. Her rate is very reasonable. My home was sold in a single open house (1 week after listing) within my price range. I highly recommend Yvette because she beat all my expectations. She helped the home sale process go smoothly. I would hire Yvette again in the future if I have a chance.
