Yvette helped the reviewer buy this property

Outstanding Agent

Yvette is great to work with. She was extremely patient, honest, and helpful. Yvette took the time to get to know us and provided us areas to go explore before we looked at houses. Being from out of state this was extremely important to us. Yvette recommended we do this while we were getting to know her. Yvette explained how the location would impact availability and cost for the features we wanted. We never felt pressure to buy. Instead, we observed her taking all the input from house to house to edit our showing list. There were houses she said, “Let’s not go to this one. I can tell it’s not for you. We can go look but I think it’s not for you.” She was really listening to what we thought and learned from house to house. There was never a moment with Yvette where we doubted her mission was to help us find OUR home. She found it and guided us through the purchase process. Everyone she enlisted to help us was also great. If you are looking for a house and know what you want - call Yvette. If you are looking and new to the market and don’t know what you want like we were - call Yvette - she’ll help figure out what you want, then find it, and help you get it.
