Yvette is fantastic to work with. After touring one of her Bird Key listings' open house (we fell in love with) and speaking with her, we ultimately used Yvette as our agent for the Buyer's side and are grateful we did just that. The transaction went as smoothly as anyone could hope for between all parties and Yvette was the keystone to make that happen. Yvette worked around the clock coordinating efforts between us and the Sellers to get us closed ahead of schedule per our request (from inspections, minor repairs, furnishings moved out, etc).
