Any agent can find you a property that fits your price and building characteristics from a publicly available list. If you live in the market you are searching, then that is sufficient. Coming from out of town we also wanted a property that fits our social needs: type of community, access, services, transport, schools, social standing, crime and safety. We didnt know how to judge, in a new city, where the things we valued back home were located. We wanted someone who understood this need and not someone who drove us all over town throwing darts at a dart board. Yvette is that woman who understood us first in order to better target a search.
