Now fast forward to the end of 2025 it’s time for me sell the townhome and move on to the next adventure. I knew I had to call Yvette up again and she was ready! She helped me to stay calm and problem solved any issue that came up. She’s got a wealth of knowledge and a few handy tricks up her sleeves that proved to be most beneficial. I believe trust in your agent is key for these kinds of transactions. Yvette was open and honest and, I think most importantly, realistic throughout both the purchase and sale of the townhome.
