I am sitting by the fire with a glass of wine, very content in my new home. In late December, I decided that I wanted to look at townhomes and that Apex was the most appealing place for me. I spoke with Yvette, telling her what I was interested in. She listened. The next day I met Yvette and ended up buying the second house she showed me, having viewed only 3. Two offers were already pending on the home and Yvette shepherded me through the white-hot housing market, helping to nuance my offer in a stepwise manner, as needed to make the purchase. The closing date was short and Yvette organized my meeting with a lending institution, inspection companies, and the due diligence and earnest money offerings.
