With over decades of Real Estate experience, Yvette is the Designated Broker of Monopoly Realty in a Lakeside Community of Avondale, Arizona. Born in Colorado, Yvette has been interested in Real Estate for as long as she can remember. Her grandfather a landlord and later her husband one as well. They moved to Arizona in 1995 to invest in Real Estate and never looked back (or shoveled snow again!).
Yvette’s family has lived in the West Valley of Arizona for the past 26 Years. Specializing in cities like Avondale, Buckeye, Cashion, El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Phoenix, Surprise, Tolleson, Tonopah, Verrado and Waddell – Yvette listens to her client’s desires in Real Estate and delivers. No matter how small a condo or large of an estate, Yvette is an avid believer in home ownership as a vehicle to creating and maintaining wealth. She has a vast knowledge of the Arizona Lifestyle, Topography and Geography to meet the needs of the Individual Clients and Families she is happy to serve.
Providing exceptional service to her clients is her top priority. Yvette is continually learning and striving to deliver the best buyer and seller experience possible. In addition to ongoing Real Estate Education, she has a Bachelors’ Degree in Government/Legal Studies and an Associates in Organizational Management. She is also passionate about helping those in need through Housing First programs. Yvette uses her real estate experience to work with a Non-Profit organization locating multi-family properties and identifying resources to assist housing Arizonans most vulnerable to housing insecurities.
When she is not doing something involved with Real Estate, Yvette enjoys admiring and driving Classic Cars, Music, riding their Harley-Davidson motorcycles, spending time with Family, Reading, and Exploring all that Arizona has to offer!
