I worked with Yvette with 7 different real estate transactions over the past 5 years, and I have always been impressed with the professionalism she has shown on each of them. She is well grounded in her knowledge of the local market, and I felt that when it came to judging evaluations as to buying and selling the homes noted above , she was always "spot on". I would asset her strongest points as her willingness to work hard on day one , and continue through the entire process. One particular talent she showed was her ability to "stage" a home to give the most appeal.
