Just closed on our new home July 13, 2020. We were so thankful that we met Yvette during an open house 3 yrs ago! We knew we would eventually be looking for a home in the Reno / Sparks area when we retired, but had no idea what was available ( for our budget ) and where we would actually end up. Talk about a long term relationship - she was so patient and there for us every step of the way! She is by far, the best realtor we have ever had!!! Right off the bat, she used our wishlist to hone in on exactly what we wanted , in the areas where we could get the most for our money. All through the process, she was an amazing advocate. And you may think you don’t need an agent of your own , when buying a new build, but let me say, having someone looking out for your interests and able to see the property with detached / detailed eyes , made our lives so much easier. She caught a lot of things that we would have missed entirely! She was also the one sending out emails and making calls , whenever needed, to ensure that everything got done in a timely fashion . She clearly communicated with us often. Most of that time, we lived out of state, so she would drive to the property then send us texts /photos , as our house was being built. She gave us referrals whenever we asked , for everything from lighting installers, grout and countertop sealers, landscapers, restaurants, and even auto shops. Since, we didn’t know anyone else, in the area, this was a huge plus. On top of all of that, she just made the whole process so much fun. Thank you Yvette❤️

This was my first home purchasing experience and I cannot express how much easier Yvette and her team made the experience. Not only do I work night shift but I also work close to 14 hour shifts, Yvette kept my scheduling in mind for every inspection. With Yvette's help, we successfully purchased a nice home in 2019. Prior to this, we had been interested in purchasing a home since 2016. As such, we were nervous and worried about the whole process. Throughout the whole process, Yvette, was very calm, assured and knowledgeable through each step of the way. Through Yvette, we were able to link up with a lender who provided superior data compared to the other lender we talked to. All through out the process: looking at houses, putting in an offer, inspection and signing, it was straightforward to ask Yvette questions and to obtain straightforward answers. She was very knowledgeable regarding the different areas of the cities as well as how the different locations fit in with our lifestyle.
