My review of Mrs. Yvette Belisle

To be honest the beginning of our Realtor / Seller relationship was rocky, which selling a house can be stressful. My house was left in such poor condition by my last tenants that Mrs. Belisle suggested I sell it under what I paid for the house. But with much prayer I said I'm going to fix the house up; God will supply the funds because I didn't have any. I was able to find a reasonable contractor who in turn did great work in the beginning but got tired and did quick patch work. Mrs. Belisle had to step in because I hadn't lived in Alaska in 10 years. She got a contractor to redo Jim the handyman's work. She also found a warranty company that did major work as well for a fraction of the price. She found the person that cleaned the house where it looked amazing. Mrs. Belisle was able to stage the house for me, which I didn't know Realtors did things like that. So my house was looking like a well remodeled cozy home! She replied very promptly to all of my inquiries and needs. She's truly knowledgeable in the local market and getting the property seen by many. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was very effective in negotiating a great price for my house. Thank you Mrs. Yvette Belisle.
