Yun exceeded my expectation with the sale of my mom's property. We were able to get $200k over the asking price for a property that was sold "as is". Yun strategized how to list the property and what buyers would be most interested. From the time that we listed the property to the closing of escrow, Yun was always there to guide me through the whole process. Her communications skills were not only excellent but it was very friendly and personable. I will certainly be using her as my agent when it's time to sell my house.
