Purchasing a condo in the Tampa Bay area while living in another state was very stressful process that would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for amazing Yuliya and her team! She went over and beyond to provide any info we needed and show us great number of apartments all over the Bay area since we weren't sure where we wanted to be. Yuliya provides outstanding communication and service that would be impossible to find with any other agent. When we finally found location and condo we wanted and had an accepted offer she did impossible to push the deal through the closing line. Throughout the whole process she was incredibly positive and kept our spirits up in this crazy RE market. She was amazing to work with remotely when we couldn't fly down to see the places we were considering. She was visiting the open houses and had us on Face Time and sent us detailed videos within minutes. Her commitment from the moment we met her until we picked up the keys and moved in was 150%!
