Yuliya has lived in Denver Metro Area since 2001, after immigrating to United States from Russia. Moving across the world with her family and nothing but the clothing on their backs, Yuliya settled into making Colorado her new home. Her passion lies with helping others relocate to Colorado, guiding families through purchase of their first home, and looking for real estate investment opportunities throughout the country. In her free time, Yuliya enjoys spending time with her family, including the fur babies. Their favorite activities include getting out to enjoy the Colorado mountains to camp, hike, and ski. When staying in, they enjoy trying new recipes and playing board games (very competitively). AMAZING Realtor!

I cannot recommend Yuliya enough! She was accessible and reliable and helped me to see properties in a very timely manner and make a competitive offer. She navigated a difficult situation with hail damage occurring DURING our final walk through and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure that an insurance claim would be filed and repairs made. She managed to do all of this in under 48 hours so that we were able to close on time. She was attentive to all of the details necessary to make my home buying process as seamless as possible. Her attentiveness and enthusiasm are second to none. I would highly recommend Yuliya to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
