Excellent communicator with real knowledge of how to sell

We had been trying to sell our house with another agent but had no success and gave up. We tried again with Yuliana and it was a completely different experience. When she first came to see the house she was open to discuss our needs and expectations. She listened carefully to what we needed from her. She was easy to talk to, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. She gave us valuable advice about what we could do the improve the chances to sell the house. All of her advice was excellent and as a result we sold for what we asked. I am a demanding consumer and can be difficult. I trusted Yuliana from the start and she did not disappoint. She was able to deal with me calmly and with humor and answered all my concerns. She also responded promptly to my questions and issues. She was always available. I wholeheartedly recommend Yuliana.
