I’m not lying when I say Yuki is one of the best realtor out there. I have worked with Yuki both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer, Yuki has helped me purchased my first house in Florida and assisted me from the very beginning and shared her professional opinions when I asked for advice. As a seller, Yuki helped my parents listed a house for sale since Nov of 2023 and we didn’t sell/close until September 2024. Many buyer reached out but my parents didn’t not approved the prices offered. Throughout the whole processed Yuki took the time and patient going back and forth with the price negotiations, house showing, and just checking in on the house for us (since we lived further away). She never pressured us into making any decisions quickly. Yuki is professional, great with communications and always listen to your request. I would highly recommend Yuki if you're interest in buying or selling a house in Florida.
