Moving to Reno from out of state could have been a nightmare, but working with Jack made it feel less like a business transaction and more like having a knowledgeable friend in your corner. His recorded virtual tours were an absolute lifesaver. We could walk through properties on our own time, compare details, and really get a feel for each place without making a dozen trips. What sets Jack apart is how genuinely he looks out for you. He's got decades of experience and contacts in the area, and he shares all of it freely. But more than that, he actually listens. Not just to the basics of what you're looking for, but to everything. He then takes it further, pointing out things you'd never think to consider yourself. Things like street noise levels, which direction the driveway faces for winter ice management, neighborhood quirks. Details that you normally wouldn't notice or think about until you're already living there. He's also incredibly responsive and easy to talk to. No waiting around wondering if your message got through, no feeling like you're bothering him with questions. Just straightforward, helpful communication whenever you need it. I've worked with several realtors over the years, and honestly, I've never found one I'd want to use again. Next time I need a realtor, I already know exactly who I'm calling.

Jack helped us narrow down our list of 25-30 homes down to a top 3 by the time we came up to Reno for in-person showings. His video tours are tremendously helpful for remote buyers, or even busy buyers that don’t have the time to look at every single house. I have re-watched the tour he did for us on our final choice dozens of times. He points out flaws and features we would not have noticed or even thought to look for. This was our fourth home purchase, and even with the long-distance component, was by far the least stressful. We’ve worked with and interviewed a lot of realtors over the years as buyers and sellers, and Jack is easily the most knowledgeable we have had, with tons of practical, experienced advice. Jack’s team and network made the inspections and closing coordination a breeze, so smooth we were even able to move up the closing date! Our total process from initial call to closing date was exactly 7 weeks, which is about half as long as our others have taken, not to mention half as stressful. To top that off, he’s just a really nice guy, and does extra things like collect boxes after you’re done moving to pass along to another client who needs them – so thoughtful!
