Rod was able to quide me through the process of selling my rental properties. He was able to evaluate an appropriate price. His experience in the market was invaluable. What I thought was going to be a painful process was a smooth transition. Thank you Rod!
Rod was amazing to work with to sell our home. He was so professional, organized, and he helped us work through all the details to sell my home smoothly. His marketing and network connections were fantastic. He truly knows the market and made great recommendations for us. Rod is so great to work with and I would highly recommend her!
We were very happy to get an offer (at asking price) very early in the process. There were a number of complications, but Rod helped us work through them in a very professional manner. Despite a delay (and court action against tenants), we were able to close in less than a month from the original closing date.
I have Rod to thank for personally in making my dream and what I worked so hard for a simple reality. He made the process easy and was on my corner throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Remax for anyone looking for a reactor
Rod was the first realtor out of the six we have had to actively work to sell our land. We got what we were looking for finally.
We listed with Rod and after just one day on the market, it sold. 29 days later we closed. Rod and his staff did a great job of navigating us through every bump and made it easy at closing. We highly recommend him and his team.
I would highly recommend Rod and his team. They helped us so many ways when I had to sell my house. Working with the banks, constantly keeping me updated on any progress, sometimes simply just calling saying they had no updates but they wanted to know how I was doing. Service like that is definitely a welcome relief and if I ever had to sell a house again I would definitely come back to Rod and his crew.
Rod Drendel and his team are amazing. They just know how to get the job done. There really isn’t any other way to put it. We were hesitant to try selling after a terrible experience several years ago with a different agency. Rod reached out to us and after a very convincing presentation we decided to take the leap. We are glad we did because our experience could not have been any better! Thank you Rod, Ann, Gus and the whole ReMax family for everything!
Rod made our experience in selling our parent's house a very non-stressful and easy process. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable whenever we had questions or concerns. I loved how he explained everything in terms that my elderly parents and I could follow and understand. We really enjoyed working with Rod and his outstanding staff.
Rod Drendel is the best. We were initially referred to him by another realtor that we worked with in California, and are so thankful for his knowledge of Fond du Lac and the surrounding areas. He has a complete team of agents and professionals to help complete a sale or purchase. Once he presented our offer, Ann helped to follow up on all aspects of closing including inspections, counter-offers, mortgage and the final appointment at the title office. Ann followed up on any concerns that we had to make sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase. Thanks so much Rod and team for all you guys do. You are a great help in what can be a stressful time in buying a home.
Rod and his team were great. We lived out of the area while selling our home and if work needed to be done Rod and his team would make any calls and schedule and work for us. They made the whole experience easy and simple I would definitely recommend Rod to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
