I reached out to zillow about looking at a house and they connected me with Ysmaine. Right off the start we connected and she immediately jumped into action. She took the time to explain every step of the process to us so that we would understand. She answered every question with ease and confidence. She connected us with our mortgage lender and they made a great team together. She was not only selling our property but also helping us find out forever home. She listed our home at just the right price and advertised all over to bring in buyers. We had 13 showings in the first week. When things slowed down again because of the holiday, she didn't just have us lower our property proce to move back up the list. She had our best interests in mind. She listened to our needs and wants. She was very flexible with our schedule, even with all the conflicts so made accommodations and was very patient. It was a very stressful time and she made us feel at ease and comfortable. She worked hard for us and sold our property at almost full asking price.
