Fast forward to only 2 months later, my husband and I found our perfect dream home which we closed on a few months later! Frances was incredible, reliable, and very helpful to us. Frances Tak was recommended to me by a dear friend. Right from the start I liked all her answers to my questions--she's a full time, 17 year experienced agent with MLS, Zillow, Homes.com. She was knowledgeable and encouraging in a gentle way. Frances always seemed available when I needed her advice and was constantly keeping me updated. She apparently priced my home right, proceeded with advertising and an open house where there was a line down the driveway into the street! She had 30 family groups visit on Saturday and 50 on Sunday! By Wednesday we asked for best offers and had 16! I accepted the one for $111,000 over our asking price, who turned out to be 'dream buyers' who waived appraisal and inspection and waited patiently through some of my permitting issues. Throughout all of this process Frances was keeping me grounded and even prayed with me for peace! I can't thank her enough for being my wonderful agent and for such a great experience.
