From the beginning, Mrs. Ahn treated us with love and care that you would hope to see from every real estate agent. After getting an idea of what me and my wife wanted for our first home together, Mrs. Ahn proactively sought out new listings that would be a great fit for us. Not only was she quick to respond, but she was also available to answer any and all questions at all times. Since we were looking in her market of expertise, we felt confident every step of the way. Everything was conducted in an efficient and timely manner, from walk throughs, financing, inspections, to escrow. Young's experience and manner made a complicated process look easy.

As the title may indicate, this was the 5th transaction Young has helped me complete. This is the 2nd property she has helped me sell and helped me sell quickly at a time when many properties have sat on the market for quite some time. Young has a knack for working with inexperienced buyers, sellers, agents, you name it. When it looks like something may be going sideways, she seems to find a way to talk to everyone involved and get everyone on the same page so that things continue moving forward. Finally, I will point out, Young has built up a network of contacts and professional relationships to help bring in resources when needed. In this case, when the buyer's lender had issues with issuing the loan, Young was able to find a substitute lender to keep the sale alive.

Young has been my agent for four separate transactions, including the purchase of three separate homes for me and my family. In each case, we have run into unique and trying situations, which she has deftly dealt with. My first transaction involved a Short Sale during the aftermath of the subprime mortgage collapse. Even with all of the new restrictions and requirements, she was able to navigate the process and push the transaction through. In this most recent transaction, the escrow company we were forced to work with had their key employee for my home purchase quit unexpectedly. It took the company an extra two weeks to get staff on board and to get our transaction back on track. Additionally, the lender referred to me by a friend was extremely slow, uncooperative, and made critical errors on disclosure documents. However, Young used her experience to work independently with both companies to get all of the paperwork in order and was able to complete the purchase for us within our deadline. Young is an experienced, savvy, connected, and resourceful agent. I cannot recommend her services as an agent enough.
