My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Yolima Mulligan. She is absolutely fantastic! We are from out of state and wanted to find a community to retire soon. Yolima helped us to find a community, and a builder in Sahuarita. Yolima kept us updated every step of the way, Not only did she go to the site several time to take pictures for us, but also communicated directly with the builders. It was difficult for us not being able to be there personally, but Yolima put us at ease and took care of our needs in this process. She is extremely professional, and an absolute joy to work with. We cannot recommend Yolima enough!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Yolima as my realtor agent during my home buying process. This was my first home purchase so there are many unprecedented elements to consider about the area, the process, and the house itself. Yolima proved to have outstanding knowledge in all these areas, as she made my experience more than smooth. She was able to provide an understanding of the economics of the area which are of course very important when investing into real estate. Not only did she provide the economical statistics about the area, her background allowed her to provide knowledge of the structure, the foundation, the roof, and other civil aspects of the actual house. I am not from the area, so the civil engineering of southwest structures is different from what I am used to seeing. Yolima displayed a high level of understanding on this matter and pointed out potential areas to be monitored with the house (completely aside from the inspectors). In addition to her expertise, she was so kind and friendly that it was something to look forward to when we went house searching. She made it so fun and exciting - her positivity and personality made it so easy to get along with. Another part of the process was the house searching. All I had to do was tell Yolima which houses I wanted to see and she took care of the rest! What more could you ask for? She made the schedule, contacted the listing agents with questions I had, dedicated the time to go with you, and printed off all the information about each house. Just to put it simply, I recommend Yolima, hands down, if you are in the market of buying a house in Tucson. This area is growing fast so to have Yolima as your agent could be the difference of finding your dream home or not.
