From Day 1, Yolanda set the tone for the entire home buying experience, and I could not have been more pleased and grateful. As an extremely apprehensive first time home buyer, I was very stressed and uninformed. From the moment I contacted Yolanda, she took control and began guiding me through the process. She expertly answered all of my initial questions including giving me first steps on how to initiate the loan process and recommending reputable mortgage lenders. While her job did not encompass helping me find/get approval for a loan, she was knowledgeable about that process and knew some common pitfalls and indicators to help me select the best mortgage company. Throughout the process, as my mortgage lender and attorneys worked to verify information, Yolanda and her team kept me informed on not only where we were in the process, but also on hiccups that came up, and she did so in a manner that was not alarming. She was constantly researching the most advantageous options for me, and she was patient and responsive to my many questions. She also acted as an advocate for me when I didn’t know what questions to ask and aggressive when it was time to negotiate. Ultimately, she was communicative/professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to use her again.
