She will stick with you through EVERYTHING.
There were so many issues that came up during the sale of our home. Different investors wanted to buy, then would drop off, or try to change things, etc. She did all the work for us, and even when it looked like we had no way out, she found a way, sold out house and saved us. We literally would be up the creek without a paddle if it wasn't for her
