Yolanda was always attentive to my questions and concerns. She responded promptly to all of my questions. She was consistent in her communication with me and willing to adjust plans to fit my availability. I felt confident that she was always acting on my behalf. I expressed concern about the condition of the roof of a property that I wanted to make an offer on. She immediately called the sellers and I got a new roof and bought the house.
