We worked with Yohannes through the very grueling process of buying a new home while also selling our town home. Situations where a purchase and sell are contingent on one another and need to run hand in hand, at the same time are always very complex and require great communication of all parties on both sides. I don't think that I've ever come across an agent (this was my 3rd home purchase and 2nd home sale) that was as involved in every step and communication as much as he was. Truth be told, the buyers of our town home were not the easiest to work with and I can only be thankful to have had an agent with such patience, professionalism and strategy through the process and with every interaction.
