By far the best realtor I've seen. Joan helped me buy my second home last year and a big part was thanks to him that i was able to do so. In this difficult market with so little supply of homes and so much demand he helped me find a home in a good neighborhood where me and my family are more than happy. We had a bit difficult sellers where they wanted to do the process of closing the contract really fast or else they would go with someone else and Joan was able to work with them quick to solve any situation that came professionally.
