Ymeki Stevens showed me a house that was perfect for me after looking for nearly a year with another realtor. She showed me several that fit the criteria I was looking for which showed me she was listening to me. She is very professional from beginning to end and was on top of every detail from the inspection to the closing. She was the realtor for the seller also so she actually was making this house as perfect as possible before she met me. It showed extremely well and I was under contract less than a week after it listed. I closed in less than 30 days. I believe me and the seller were happy with her services. I have nothing but good things to say about her.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, competent, dedicated, and dependable real estate agent Ymeki is definitely the realtor for you! She was patient and professional while helping me both sell and find the perfect home. Thanks, Ymeki!!!

Ymeki was the best part of the process and made our first home purchase a great experience. She is very patient, kind and very well at negotiating on her clients behalf. You don't only gain a realtor , but a lifelong friend.
