After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me. She referred me to someone at BECU and made sure that I got everything I needed to them as quickly as possible. She also was highly instrumental in keeping the seller aware of what was going on. We ended up closing just two weeks later! Yma is highly skilled in every aspect of being a realtor. Every communication with her was easy to understand, prompt and she was great at following up with me to make sure I got everything needed to the bank. She lives the next county South, but had no problem getting up here for viewing the property, inspecting the property, doing the final walkthrough and then giving me my keys.
