Ylani is AMAZING!!! If you’re looking for someone who is professional and transparent, Ylani is your girl. Due to unique circumstances in our life we worked with her twice within the same year. She first helped us buy our home and then when we knew we were moving, I didn’t hesitate for a second. I called Ylani. We went live on Friday but wouldn’t allow showings until Monday. She worked all weekend getting the word out. By Sunday we had 4 scheduled showings for Monday and by noon on Monday we had a full offer we weren’t expecting. When roadblocks got in the way, she never lost confidence, she went full steam ahead with our best interest at hand. When we had to leave the state before a new door would be installed for the new owners, she made sure to take over and handle the process. She truly goes above and beyond. I really cannot say enough positive things about her and our experience with her. Best of all, I feel like I made a new friend in the process.
Ylani is great. We met her at an open house and hit it off. We weren’t necessarily looking for a realtor; however, Ylani sent a thank you card and then text to ask if she could take my wife and me to lunch to see where we were at in the buying process. After one lunch, we knew we wanted to work with her. She is very attentive, a hard worker, and is always available. She did a great job of finding houses that we would like. As we moved through the process, she also did a great job of reminding us what we said we were looking for from the beginning. In the end, we found a house we love. Regarding listing your home, if you will listen to her advice, she will get your house looking great when you show it. Doing the work sucked, as she told us to get a lot of stuff out and into storage so that it looked less cluttered, but we listened, and in the end, in addition to the house showing well, the pictures also looked great. Our first offer fell through very late in the process, and she was great at helping us find a way to make it work so we didn’t lose the house we were buying. She helped coordinate everything from cleanings to repairs. Ylani is great, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone.

Ylani is awesome! She will go out of her way to ensure that you find the right house. Her goal is to find you a home that meet the standards you desire. She is very responsive to questions and has great insight on neighborhoods in the area. We were living in Van Buren AR and she drove down from NWA to pick up my wife and drove her back up just to show her a house. I don't know many realtors that are willing to do that.
