Ticel listed a condo for me in Boca. It wasn't the best environment for selling a condo with high mortgage rates and Condo HOA rules shifting and creating higher cost fees. Yicel was always there to meet contractors or cleaners and check on the unit. I lived a county away so that helped me alot. She has attention to detail and was always available whenever I needed her.
