YI CAO IS HONEST, PATIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! HE IS THE BEST TO WORK WITH!

Yi was incredibly helpful throughout our home search and such an amazing person to work with! He was flexible around our schedules to see houses and so knowledgeable about everything--from what kind of work the house would need to what the market looked like. As first time homebuyers, the process can be extremely intimidating and daunting, but Yi made it seamless. Working with him was a true pleasure because we were apprehensive about buying a home, but he walked us through the entire process patiently. He clearly laid out the pros and cons of any house we were looking at. Yi was always available whenever we reached out and he was very prompt with responding. I learned so much from Yi; he took the time to explain things to us throughly and made it minimally stressful for us as possible. It took us awhile to get the right house (thanks to the crazy market) but he was always right by our side! WE FINALLY GOT OUR HOUSE! THANKS TO YI! I can truly say he went above and beyond our expectations. He makes you feel confident and knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a home.
