Yessica not only knows the area we were looking at but she also guided us in finding an area inLowcountry with lower risk of flooding among other natural disasters. As she walked through the houses via video chat she highlighted the updates and areas of concern with confidence and knowledge. I come from a home of handy people and have already done 2 renovations in the past so I could tell she has done her homework and knows her stuff. Our loan officer didn’t appear fully prepared at the end and was able to coordinate with the selling agent, our local attorney whom she recommended and was fantastic. Yessica took an extremely stressful situation and made it the best it could possibly be. I can’t give her 7 stars for all her knowledge, work ethic and genuine concern but if I could I would.
