She hired a professional photographer and drone expert to make sure the marketing was intact and beautifully portrayed to any buyer that would see the property for sale online, as well as, also put ads all over the internet, signs in the area, etc. Her listing real estate sign that is placed in front of the property is unique, she even includes a solar light that is attached so even customers seeing the sign at night have it easy to read the information on how to contact her. We had over 10 offers and after choosing one, we also took a back up contract. We closed quickly and the process was seamless. Thank you for everything you did to make my experience a fantastic one.
