YESCENIA OSORIO

Best in negotiation of real estate contracts. Yescenia always kept me on the last minute details and forms to be signed and always explained the how's and why's of the complex real estate purchase contracts. I highly recommend for you dream home.

It was such a relief to have Yesenia as our real estate agent. She was always attentive to our needs and helped us every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and we always felt like we could trust her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

We purchased our second home with Yescenia and her team and we honestly wish we would have known her when purchasing our 1st. She truly has your best interest at heart and will lead you in the direction that best suits you and your family. She is patient, knowledgeable and has no ego (she's not afraid to say- "I don't know, but I will find out"). That's a huge plus for us. She worked hard in getting our offer approved at only $2K over listed price and worked equally as hard in making sure we had the best offer on the sale of our condo. Her coordination in the transactions was flawless, respected all of our wishes and always worked around our time/availability. Yescenia has earned our business for life and we believe in her skill and professionalism so much that we recommend her to everyone we know. M.Scott

My experience with Yescenia O was the absolute best! I am very thankful we came across her. She made our dream come true and never gave up on us. She walks through the whole process and answered all our questions. As first time buyers we were very confused but thankfully we had Yescenia by our side.

Working for the second time with Her, and it was amazing how things work in the end. We were selling our house and trying to find another one, I thought we were not going to be able to find a new house before closing the one we were selling but we did, and I'm happy with the house we found. Yescenia is amazing, she is always working so hard, making sure her clients are satisfied. I would definitely recommend her, because you will feel that she is not only your realtor but also your friend who really want what's best for you.

Yescenia helped us buy our first house and when we moved, we had her help sell our house. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was able to sell out house very fast and the house sold for more than we asked for.
