Yelena found a buyer for my townhouse in 4 days after listing it, and negotiated above asking price. Even before the property went on market she used her social network to advertise the property to other agents and potential buyers. 3. Yelena is very professional and knows when and how to negotiate. We were in constant contact, she was always available and always kept me well informed about the process, next steps, and potential challenges. She was also very professional with other agents, she was quick to respond, and conducted negotiation very respectfully and strategically. I will definitely use Yelena next time!
