MY REALTOR IS BETTER THAN YOURS!

Hey, hey, hey, in a jovial voice, is the way she always greeted me. I loved it! Always made me smile. Yedit, was the second realtor I worked with in my house hunting journey, and she was a God send! She made my experience so much better. I had been looking for almost 5 months before she was referred to me. I was tired, frustrated, and ready to give up. I was ready to become a renter... again. Upon first meeting her, she reminded me of a cousin with her demeanor; which made me comfortable around her. After giving her my criteria of what I was looking for in a home, she said we are going to find you YOUR HOME! My previous realtor was just there to lock and unlock the doors. Yedit...huh, when I tell you she walked through the houses with me (inside and out), she pointed out things I should be aware of, she went downstairs in creepy basements, she pointed out areas in yards that indicated possible flooding, and she even went into a crawl space... she is DEDICATED to her clients and very knowledgeable . She treated me as someone she had known her whole life verses someone she was working for. Oh yeah, she also incorporated my son by showing him how to unluck and lock the doors, making him her assistant, helping him to engage in the process. I am, WAS a first-time home buyer and Yedit made this experience very memorable. She encouraged me when I felt as though I had seen every house on the market, she lifted me up when my faith was dwindling about becoming a homeowner and she remained diligent in her hunt to find MY HOME! I am glad I got the opportunity to go through this experience with such a kind and passionate realtor. You won't be disappointed... She is the BEST IN HER TRADE!! I closed on my new home on 06/10/2025... Thank you YEDIT, you truly are THE BEST!!!
