Our first fix and flip we new we had to use someone experienced and knowledgeable. Someone that new the area and would tell us how to handle this project. She presented herself in a humble way. We knew her expertise yet she wanted to hear our goals and vision. She made it clear that she wanted to be involved in anyway that we needed. Of course we took all the advice we could get. Walking with us through each step of the way. Unfortunately we had a family emergency. Rather than allowing the house to sit for weeks since we couldn’t be there, she ask if she could help do the finishing touches/details. A month and one week later, she made it happen. We sold our first fix and flip in no time. You will not be disappointed with Yazmina’s hard work and dedication. Oh and did I mention it sold for $25,000 over asking price.

My husband and I were very impressed with Yazmina’s attention to detail. She listens to us and responds day and night with all our questions and concerns. We were all over the place but she didn’t skip a beat. Asking us the right questions to get back on track. Yazmina works so hard and is on top of everything. Helping us in more ways than we could have ever dreamed of. I can thankfully and proudly say that she volunteered her precious time to paint and switched out door hinges and more, while professionally dressed. She really cares for people and wow does it show!
