This review has been too long in the making. I've been trying to think of the words that can adequately convey the level of excellence, value and support that Yasumi and team decided to me as a seller. And all of this was down at a discount! Probably one of the best deals experienced for such world class service. Firstly, Yasumi took over selling my house after it had been on the market for a while. So she was starting in a tough situation. And yet, she immediately provided every level of service, from guiding the stager to meticulously estimating the new asking price. Throughout she kept me assured and calm in a tough market with a mix of expertise and humility. We ended up going into contract in a matter of a couple weeks. I would recommend Yasumi to any seller or buyer. I was lucky to have her iny team. And she'll be there again when I sell my next house.

As a bilingual person in both Japanese and English, while my wife is a Japanese native, working with Yasumi-san was awesome. Not only did she answer all the questions we had, my wife being able to ask questions in Japanese was super helpful. Yasumi-san was super helpful in guiding us through the home buying process from the showing to the moment we got keys to our new home. Not only did she work super fast with the seller's agent, she also coordinated with our lender, as well as the title company. You could definitely tell Yasumi-san has a lot experience in real estate, and her professionalism is immaculate. Thinking back, I think we weren't under any stress when purchasing our home due to Yasumi-san's efforts and care. (Our lender also mentioned Yasumi-san was super nice over the phone.) Her customer service is top notch and she is one of the rare realtor who doesn't do this solely for commissions. Yasumi-san also helped us greatly by accurately gauging our negotiating power and we got the home we wanted at the price point we were comfortable with. We were super amazed when Yasumi-san accurately gauged the seller's motivation and our negotiations. If you are Japanese speaker or a native Japanese person, you won't go wrong with Yasumi-san. If we ever sell our home, we will definitely call Yasumi-san first! *Forgot that even if you aren't a Japanese speaker, Yasumi-san can communicate in English. However, the highlight for us was being able to speak in Japanese and get the answer we needed!
