This was the first time working with Yasmine. We followed the listing for some time, viewing it twice prior to making an offer. She had it priced to sell, in a difficult market. Communicating a number of times, we did get our offer accepted. She kept all parties up to speed throughout the transaction, including the Title Companies and Mortgage Company as well as the Condo Association. It was not an easy transaction as the buyer was also selling his house, and the seller was purchasing out of state! Yasmine was accommodating and patient with our requests for inspections, and having the Townhouse cleaned prior to closing. Even with the delays that somehow always manage to happen with simultaneous closings! With so many Realtors licensed here in South Florida, it was a pleasure to work with a Professional.
