We were first-time home buyers and were very apprehensive about the whole process. A couple of our friends recommended we work with Yashu. Throughout the process, we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. He patiently answered all our questions (there were many!) and advocated for us during the entire process. He helped us secure our home at below-asking, and also connected us with a reliable lender who ensured we closed on time. After closing, he checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. He got us new locks and a one-year home maintenance plan, and also connected us with a carpet cleaner. Finally, he also hosted a housewarming party for us. He was always a reliable resource and has become a friend, and we were grateful he was our agent.
