I recently used Yaroslava Madan and Corcoran Group to sell my home in Florida. I was not in a rush to sell, but I was not using it any longer. Yadi told me how much I should list it for, I called a few friends from the area they suggested higher, well everyone likes money so I told her I wanted more than she suggested. She said she thought it was too much but we could list it. Then she helped me by getting people to do the lawn, cleaners to come clean the house, and clean out the garage. Of course, I payed for them but not living in the area I did not know who to hire or where to find them. I lived in Texas with my husband, we used the home for a quick get away. Anyway, each month we would lower the price a little bit until we were very close to the price she suggested in the first place. Then I got my first offer!! YEAH!! It was a little lower than I wanted but Yadi, had so much experience she kinda talked me into it because there were NO INSPECTIONS, AS IS, and a CASH DEAL. She explained how simple this would be for me. Guess what she was correct and it was a wonderful experience. I would use her again and again and again if I could!!!
